As a professional session singer, Jon's work ranges from performing at weddings, festivals, funerals, private functions and backing singing for major artists.
Jon's experience of live performance as a backing singer, choir singer and a lead vocalist as well as TV, radio and studio recording work, including mime work has seen him sing with artists such as Florence and the Machine, Beverly Knight, Jamie Cullum, Jamelia, Liberty X, Ralph Mctell, Leona Lewis, Lucie Silvas, Lemar, Embrace, Aled Jones, Russell Watson, David Gray and many others.
Career highlights so far include singing with LCGC for the unveiling on Nelson Mandelas statue in central London and being a part of The Songs of Sister Act touring production 2009 in which he played a lead role. As part of LCGC he performed at their premier concerts at the Glastonbury festival and at London's Jazz Café.
As part of the cast for a touring show called 'New York, New York' , Jon played the lead male vocal role as Frank Sinatra singing classic Big Band swing songs and this experience also allowed him to form his own Big Band.
Jon is currently a lead singer in a brand new band called 'The Franks', a gritty Pop Soul Trio fresh out of London. THE FRANKS unique sounds and roughed up suited Ronson looks place them in a class of their own. Their contemporary, vibrant, commercial music is influenced by 60s Soul. As a Vocal Tutor and Choir Director, Jon has worked in schools, theatres, communities, churches and even prisons conducting music workshops and training Choir's around the UK.
Jon works for companies such as The London Community Gospel Choir, British Gospel Arts, Mark Beswick , From The Heart Productions, Sing Sense, Voxbox, The BIG Sing and The Oxford Arts Performing Academy who all provide vocal workshops and choirs. This has allowed him to teach different genres including Gospel, Jazz, Pop, Swing, Soul, R&B and theatre.
Jon works with choirs in companies as a way of bringing employees together giving them social and motivational intergration and allowing them to perform in public.
He also works as a keyboard workshop tutor accompanying the workshop students and the vocal coach.

Jon has been songwriting and producing for many years from college, university and in the music industry. He was involved in recording demo's for the F.A cup theme song of 'Abide with me' for I.T.V in 2009. Jon also contributed to the vocal arrangements and overall production of the final track, which was released and performed at Wembley by The London Community Gospel Choir before kick off.
Jon is experienced at recording many demo's for small bands and new artists, re-arranging songs and adding parts in the process.

Artist Management - Jon is involved in Beswick1 Music Management, as an artist liaison. Recently he took care of Ryan Kilgore (Saxophone) and the rest of Stevie Wonder's band at an event at Floridita in London.
Musical Director of JGC Entertainment - Jon manages two bands 'The Original Function Band' and ' The Original Big Band' . Both bands have played at many weddings, parties, corporate functions and major events over the UK.
Jon also is MD for new artists including 'Angel' where he play keyboards, BV's and use live tracking with the live band.
Jon scores music from charts and audio and has done regularly for public sale. Jon can sight read and has scored many different arrangements for choirs and big bands.
Other skills include playing the trombone and keyboard.
